Cancellation Policy   To avoid a 1 Night Room and Tax cancellation penalty, 1 Night Room and Tax, you must cancel by 09-01-2026. Reservations made after 09-01-2026 are subject to the same cancellation penalty from the time of booking. If you fail to cancel and/or do not show up, you will be charged a penalty equal to the full amount of your reservation. If you check out earlier than the date booked, the hotel reserves the right to charge an Early Departure Fee of one or more nights plus tax.
Changes Policy   Changes may be done either via our website or by calling 954-744-8396 or ASP@delmaycorp.com by 09-01-2026, as long as those changes still meet any minimum stay requirements. Please do not call the hotel to make changes.
